Enjoyed visiting with Nancy, my hygienest. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I appreciate the extra time and attention she paid to my needs. It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Richardson.

I have been taking my children here since they were six months old. One has graduated from high school and on his own,the others are 15, 12, and 11 years of age. I have lived in the southeast part of Kansas City, to living in the Fort Osage school district now. I liked the way you treated me and told me what to expect and what I should do to prevent what is happening to my teeth at the gum line.
The staff is always warm and friendly and today was no exception. The exams and cleanings were quick and thorough. Dr. Richardson took her time to listen to my concerns and explain her opinion and recommendations. Very satisfied as always.

Recent check-up and cleaning proved to be worthwhile. All staff greeted me with a warm smile and willingness to do whatever was needed. Cleaning, by Christie, was carefully and painlessly done. Dr. Rubelita James performed the follow-up so nothing was overlooked. I heartily recommend Personal Care Dental to anyone who may be looking for a wonderful Dental Group.
I have been going to this office for several years and I love the opportunity to write a review. There is nothing substandard about anything associated with this office. Today I got a reminder call to reschedule a cleaning appt I missed because of work. I love that! If you want excellent care from the front desk through every aspect of this office, go here.
