Training with Alissa Moore has been the best Decision I have made for my self in a really long time. She keeps my workouts really interesting and fun. She also believes in me when I am having a really hard time believing in me. She has been such a blessing to me and my confidence. I am really looking forward to continuing to grow stronger and more confident with her. I highly recommend her and her studio.
