Kept me informed as to what was being done, which I really appreciate. Friendly, caring Staff.
You are put "at ease" immediately!! This is the first time that I didn't mind being in a dental office. Although I have got a lot of dental work yet to be done, I'm not anxious about my future visits at all. Dr. Windham makes you feel "at ease/peace" the entire time. His staff are just wonderful also.
I was seen for a cavity. I was in the office, treated and on my way in under 30 min. Great.
Out of the two years so far I been a patient so far I have always been greeted by a friendly staff and excellence service. This last visit was a longer wait than normal and I was very nervous because I was having a cavity filled and have never had this type of procedure done before. Not complaining because I know not every appt may always be on schedule. Thanks for great service for the past two years. My procedure today was good even for as nervous as I was!
If you have to go the dentist, this is the place that i recommend.
Dr. Windham and his entire staff are extremely professional and attentive to each patient. They spend time explaining the dental care processes they will perform and ensure the patient understands what they are doing. Dr. Windham takes time to talk with the patient and is very gentle in his approach. This is a great dental facility.
