Everyone was professional, nice and actually have a personality. Rescheduling was quick and painless, the office wasn't noisy, and pretty clean.
I have been a patient there for about 6 years. I am usually in and out in 20 min. That is great because I go on my lunch break, but maybe I am rushed in and out too quickly at times because evidently my X-rays showed that I had some cavities and no one informed me at my last visit 6 months ago. When I got there today they said I had some cavities that needed to be filled. When I said I had no idea about that, the hygienist said that they had an open plan For it. I have been in Panama City for four years and have been to a couple of dentist offices but did not feel like they appreciated me as a client...just a source of income. After visiting Dr. Windham 's office, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and friendlnest displayed by the staff and the professional care from Dr. Windham. Best Dental visit ever!
