Professional with personal attention. Everything was explained and then I was questioned to make sure I understood. Next appointment was explained and estimated cost was provided.
I do not prefer the hand instruments and scraping for my cleaning. This has not been done during my cleanings for a while, but was done when I was there this past week. All that scraping is too much! I felt like the calculus was stuck in my mouth forever!! However, the staff were all fabulous as always.
The visit excellent I was seen on time and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
