Doctors and staff are very professional and courteous. The office is state of the art and always spotless. The appointment and reminder system is awesome. You can’t forget you have an appointment. I’ve been a patient for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem.
I called the office at 9am because I had a broken tooth, no pain. Got an apt. at 11am and I was seen at that time. Everyone was friendly and polite. The Dentist explained exactly what had broken off my tooth and that a crown would be the best solution for my problem. Made my apt. to come back and have the problem fixed. They even gave me an estimate of what my cost share would be after my insurance paid their part. I could have had an apt the very next morning, however; I already had another apt at that time. Very professional, friedly, and informative.
My experience at the dentist was very relaxing and the individuals were very pleasant and polite. The dentist made sure I was numb where I wouldn't feel the drilling.
My experience today was cleaning, x-rays, and a consult. The staff was friendly from reception to the Doctor. They were very informative, and easy to understand. I actually enjoyed my dental visit!
Every time I go in for a office visit, all of the staff are wonderful. You are acknowledge the moment you walk in, never a long wait time and pleasant tech/dentist. I refer all my friends & family to Personal Attention Dental Center.
I arrived early and they still got me in and out before my scheduled time. They are always pros and explain the process to make the customer comfortable.
