I have been coming to Personal Attention Dental Center for 8 years and have always recieved the excellent service that the 5 stars represents.
The visit itself was excellent, no complaints there. However, it took over a month to get it scheduled. Everytime i call, all i get is a Voicemail message. I never get to speak to a real person (Personal Attention Dental Center?!?!). I have to wait until they call me back to schedule an appointment. The problem is, i work in a laboratory where we are anot allowed to have our phones in there, so it took over a month before someone could actually reach me and that was just by luck!
This is one the most caring,friendly, cheerful dental office I have been too. The people there are alway smiling and make you feel welcome. Dr. Windham and Dr. Stevenson are the best. Love to hear Dr. Windham sing while he is taking care of you, missed him today.
