Nearly every business says they value the personal attention provided by their employees, but in all truth that's raarely the case. The first thing I noticed was the care and concern of the front desk staff. They made me feel very relaxed and unhurried from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional; if you need a dentist, this is the place to go!
After my annual cleaning, there was a considerable wait for the doctor to come in to review the work. In fact, as I waited, 2 different techs or hygienists (not sure of their title) came in on two different occasions & asked had the doctor come in yet. Eventually, she did though, but apparently, based on their actions, my wait was longer than normal. Didn't bother me though; gave me more time to read.
