I have lived at Persimmon for several years and have never had any problems. We have a new Management company and a new Manager now - I think things are going to be a lot better!! I love living here! The Manager and Maintenance are good people who work hard to make this a nice place to live.
Going down hill fast. I have lived here for over 5 years. I have seen so many managers come and go. We had a good one until about 5 months ago, I think the owner ran her off. This new one is a piece of work. Should only be a matter of time before she gets the owner sued. She has violated just about every right anyone has. If she doesnt like you she will give you a 30 day notice and then turn around and tell people when they call that she evicted you. There is not enough money to pay me to live here. In the 3 years I lived in this dump, we had like 10 different managers. The last one was a real piece of work. Lazy as lazy gets.I resently ran into an old nieghbor that said it is under new management but it doesnt matter what manager you have if the owners dont care about there buildings the managers hands are tied. The best think they could do would be sell to some one who cares.
