I walked in, and the guy whose name I forgot was very chatty and friendly. He actually tried to have a conversation, which I appreciated a lot since not many nail places encourage chatting. The prices were great, and the staff offered me water several times. I would definitely come back.

Came here twice recently—had a great experience both times! Loved my gel manicures and gel pedicure. Tran was great—she’s time efficient and I appreciate her patience since I can be a bit picky. The salon is pretty huge and spacious. I call ahead the day before to make an appointment just in case it’s too busy for walk-ins.

Made an appointment for 6:30. At 6: 45 they seemed to pretend that they were ready for me. Put my feet in water but no one was coming to wait on me by 7:00 p.m. No apology about being late. No asking me if I wanted to reschedule. Just pretended they were on time. I left after 30 min. Have no idea if they have good nail service or not. Rule number one of good business however, is being honest and giving your clients a choice.

I was a walk-in and only waited about 10 minutes to be seen, which is great, but I don't think that they honestly had time for me. I would have rather been told to come back later because the service was rushed. I was even moved from station to station, and my nails were messed up in the process. Thankfully. They kindly offered to fix them, but they coats weren't even and you could see through some nails. The service felt rushed and I was left with nail polish on the skin. I have come here for 3 years for pedicures and manicures. I have also gotten eyebrow waxes from Holly. They are very kind and do a good job on the nails every time!
