I have lived at Persimmon Lofts for over 3 years now, and my experience has been great! I am submitting this review because I just became aware of a 1 star review posted about a year ago, where the tenant was complaining about being given notice to leave, and wasn't given a reason. I live on the same floor that he lived on, and oftentimes when I walked past his apartment, it smelled very strongly like cigarette smoke. This is a No Smoking building, and I'm assuming that that is why he was not welcome to stay here.
Okay well I am going to need to adjust my earlier review and I am not a happy man at all. So let me being by saying that both Lucky and Oscar are great guys who would help you out with whatever you need. But as far as every other person who works for these apartments, they are not good people at all. The reason why I am changing my review so drastically is because they no longer want me in their building and they have never said anything to me about the "why".
