Awesome experience with trying to find a new place in a town I am not familiar with. Very kind and professional attitude throughout. Sort reviews by recent for a better idea. Everything was incredibly transparent, prompt, and I feel like I am working with a company that clearly cares about their properties but in a respectful, not overbearing sort-of-way. Would suggest for anyone looking for a place in Peoria!

I’ve had a great experience with Magnolia Lofts. Fernanda is especially outstanding—she’s always responsive, clear, and helpful, which makes everything so much easier. The apartments are beautiful, with well-designed layouts and finishes that truly make it feel like home. The building is also kept incredibly clean, and its location is a huge plus—within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it!
From the very beginning when I reached out to inquire about availability at Magnolia Lofts - I felt completely taken care of by Fernanda & Shane. I am living in Peoria for work during the week and have not rented an apartment for 20 years, but my experience could not have gone any better. I wanted something simple and safe and easy to manage. And that is exactly what I got along with feeling completely cared for along the way. My little home away from home is a perfect fit and I’m so thankful to have found it! ❤️
