What a PERFECT find for a weekend stay in Bloomington; they will definitely be my choice for future visits. The room was clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home including locally made soaps, shampoo and lotion. Our morning breakfast was a perfect start to the day with delicious homemade sweet bread, fresh fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. We have really enjoyed our time at the Persimmon Inn. It is convenient to downtown, comfortable and accommodations including breakfast were better than any hotel by far.

This place is incredibly cozy and run by very nice people! They were incredibly accommodating to my strange schedule (I was in town for work). The amenities were luxurious but the stay was reasonably priced. And it's walking distance from the Irish Lion! Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed at the Persimmon Inn for the weekend and had a fantastic experience! Great location, wonderful room, relaxing environment and Paul and Sue are terrific hosts! We hope to visit again when our Michigan Wolverines return to town.
The Persimmon Inn is a gem. The Inn was beautifully restored and the owners are ecologically minded. The Inn is easy walking distance to downtown, yet very quiet and peaceful.
