My rug was resized to perfection! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for repairing or resizing their rugs.
The two female employees have given me a bad experience with this company.
Bad customer service. They were driving like crazy behind me, honking, throwing their hands in the air and yelling at me as they passed (when I did nothing but follow the speed). When I called to tell the manager he said he would deal with it and hung up. Not impressed.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly - the carpets are looking great thanks to the Persian Rug Doctor. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sham and Nelly do what they say and say what they mean. Highly recommend.
