I've used Persian rugs In carpet cleaning for 20 years. Great service. Timely. They do a great job.
Persian Rug and Carpet Cleaning has been a trusted source for decades, but starting in December of 2020, after they had cashed a check that was a deposit for some work, they stopped returning my phone calls, the business phone mail box was full, and letters and emails went unanswered. Clearly there has been some terrible business disruption, whether permanent or not is unknown. I would like my money back and would like answers.
Very effective cleaning. Removed multiple stains.
