Dr Vann and everyone in the office is wonderful. Needed some work done and she did a fantastic job. You can't even tell by looking at my teeth anything was done to them! She makes sure it is as close to perfect as it can be before you leave. I would def recommend Dr Vann!
Called in to have a few teeth extracted ...asked how much I needed to have in cash when got there for that... $130 ...oh wow great! That's the consultation fee....wasn't told that until after my money was taken and then told it would be almost another $500 if wanted any work done today..... so $130 for you to tell me I needed teeth taken out? I told you that already. Staff was unclear on how certain procedures went in the office ,confused on info. Oh and I got asked to wait in the chair while they took lunch from 1-2.... get... read more
Worst Aftercare EVER! My wife had 16 teeth pulled in 1 visit last week on Tuesday. They gave her 20 10mg Lortabs for 16 pulled teeth. On Friday she called them for a refill because hey, you would hurt too if you had 16 teeth pulled....they gave her IBUPROPHEN! We could have got that from Dollar General!! When I called and told them the ibuprohen was not helping, They told me she was taking to much of them and hung up on me (which is apparently how they handle their patients pain).
