We really loved working with Persephanie!!! She was so good on keeping us informed of everything that was going on. If we had questions about the process she would respond quickly and would explain everything in a very positive way. The process seemed very straightforward and very easy! She was able to negotiate the seller covering 3% of seller concessions, a 1 year home warranty, and after inspections we had the sales price lowered. Would recommend to anyone looking to buying or selling their home.
