Bought one of their tank tops, the slate gray color. it was so pigmented when took it off, my skin was gray. It took me three showers to get it off my skin. There's some kind of gooey stuff too. I washed it and then washed it again with darks and it ruined three more shirts, all were their shirts. So after that, I found a small white patch of wall and rubbed the shirt on it and it turned gray. I took a video of it, but this post won't let me show a video and they frankly just didn't care. This has been one of the most upsetting retail experiences my family has ever had. My father, Canyon, is 82 years old and very ill. He spent over $1,300 at James Perse on Christmas gifts for family he was traveling to visit. He paid for 1-business-day delivery because timing mattered. At no point did the website say this was merely an “estimate.” The order was not delivered as promised. One item never arrived. Another shipped late and was returned to their warehouse.
