I had the same experience as a couple of the others. A doctor referred my son to this place. I made an appointment, which was supposed to be virtual, and when I went to the portal, the counselor did not show up. The receptionist was very nice and made another appointment. Again, the counselor failed to show up. I called again and the receptionist told me the counselor would reach out to me. This was three weeks ago, and we still haven’t heard from anyone. Carolyn Little is Amazing! She gets to you to open up with ease. She is willing to play games, listen to music, or whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. If something happens that you need to reschedule or need an appointment she is willing to work with you to fit you into her schedule and make sure it fits your schedule. Highly recommend Carolyn.
