Tried Perrysburgers today and was very disappointed. Ordered burger medium well and it had cold pieces of uncooked meat inside. Asked waitress if looked medium well? She said no and took it off bill never asking if I wanted a new one or anything else. Overall not good service.
Hubs burger burnt so bad it crunched and crumbled. after 2 bites he complained. waitperson said they'd take it off the bill, then disputed it at time to pay and sent the manager to ask what the problem was.
Great burger!! Great waitress!
Went there for an anniversary dinner with my girlfriend and neither of us had ever been. Totally worth the experience and we will be back again.
Food was amazing! We will be back again soon to share the food and atmosphere with others. The soft music and choice of music was superb.
Ordered two burgers and fries last night with Uber eats. My wives burger had a big hair on it. Disgusting
I wish I could say we enjoyed our experience. We (hubby our 2 children and myself) got there and were the 3rd table in the restaurant. The two tables that came in after us got there food before us (a 5 top family and table of 7 or 8 young kids)! We asked 45 minutes after ordering if our food would be ready soon and were told it was still going to be awhile. I finally stopped in last night after moving back to Ohio; I had a Kobe Burger and it was awesome! Large portion, I was definitely full.
Been here 6 or 7 times. Always great food and friendly service. Love Perrysburgers!
