The restaurant was FREEZING! I heard other customers complaining as well. Our waiter said that they had to keep it that cold because of the waitstaff! And because there were so many customers. (I shivered the whole time) He then informed us that the kitchen was backed up so it could take a while. The food was not as good as I expected. And we left feeling really ill! A friend went to the Memorial location and had a worse experience...after 2 hours, they still had no food and had to leave! What a complete disappointment

The staff is so friendly and professional. Rachel was amazing and very helpful in finding the perfect selection. The cowboy ribeye was seasoned well and cooked to perfection . Definitely worthy of another visit.
