First time using the Hampstead location. Went in for a repair of heirloom necklace. Absolute professional and customer support and the salesperson was amazing. Thanks for the continued jewelry go to. Linda Vescovi salesman name is Chasen!
I had never had my 2 rings polished and refinished and 1 was over 25 years old. Chasen gave me an excellent quote, called me to tell me they both had damage to be repaired, gave me an updated estimate and options, and delivered absolutely brand new looking rings. I couldn't be more happy with the service, communication, and quality!
