Shaina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone in the store was friendly. The store is very clean and beautiful.
On our first visit to the Hampstead location we were greeted so warmly. It was refreshing to be acknowledged and treated so positively for simply coming inside to look. Susan and Shayna made us feel welcome! We felt a connection with both of them right away. They were both so friendly and very knowledgable, answering our questions on the services Perry's provides. Shaina at the Hampstead location was very nice and helpful in getting my ring checked in for repair.
Recently had some jewelry repaired here. Taylor did an excellent job on the repair and everyone was professional and polite. 10/10 service will definitely be back!
