Caution this dentist is unprofessional and his front desk staff is rude. Mr. Patel, instead of addressing my concerns, proceeded to aggressively discuss the events that had transpired while I was in the dental chair. He hovered over me, displaying his authority and power, rather than focusing on resolving my dental issues. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his treatment, he was reluctant to address my concerns. He made a minor adjustment to my teeth and then left the room.
