Tried to sell me on vehicles I didn't want. Staff didn't seem to be too familiar with the different trims on vehicles beyond the title (XL, XLT, Sport, etc.) Overall friendly, but wasn't in tune with my needs and passively wrote me off.
most of the cars at this lot were most likely bought for a low price and are being flipped . the fender of the car i was looking at had actually been put on using a couple of screws and zip ties. these cars are ticking time bombs waiting to fall apart on the buyer. he has a friendly dog though that lightened up the mood.
Helpful supportive not pushy
Perry was a pleasure to deal with, answered my questions promptly, and referred me to a Auto Shipping company to deliver the car.
On the 4th of July (when most people just want to be at home) the dealer talked to me about the car I was interested in and other non-car related things. I ended up not making the deal two days later but not because of the salesperson. He act like he understood me as we talked about cars. I appreciate his salesmanship.
Very helpful, gave me good information. even suggested I call my insurance company to see witch car would be a better deal for my daughter
1 start is too much for this place. I was trying to purchase a Bronco and had money on hand but unfortunately the customer service in this place is by far the worse I have encountered. I traveled over an hour to get here and the sales person/manager didn't even take the time to ask what I was looking for, instead as he was leaving he tells me "I can't sell you anything right know" !?!??!?!
