I purchased my home in 2009. I think it was the last time they were a decent builder. I see neighborhoods going up behind me from them, cheap construction, materials left to rot in the elements, no organization is how it appears. My home turned out okay. Buy a pre - 2010 from them. The new stuff is junk.
This has been a complete disaster for us. Perry Homes works and acts like we're living in an age of no internet. All paperwork and addendums are still handwritten and require a wet signature. We live in a day and age where docusign is used for multi million dollar contracts but perry homes can't do that for a 700 dollar addendum. Once you get close to closing be ready to know the entire close process and ask when, where, and what needs to be done because they won't tell you anything unless you ask.
