I wish I could give zero stars. This has been my experience with Perry Homes in Liberty Hill. During the sales process, the salesperson repeatedly described everything as “top-notch” and pushed strongly to close the purchase, but the experience after buying the home has been very disappointing. Within days of purchasing my home, I noticed moisture coming through the garage slab. What started small has now spread to multiple areas, including near the walls and outside the garage entry. During our home search in the Santa Rita Ranch area, we came in contact with Corin in August 2025. She was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Corin provided helpful information as we were exploring our options. She was approachable and easy to communicate with, which made the early stages of our home search smoother and more comfortable.
