My family bought our home from Perry this fall and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process. A few years ago, I toured some Perry model homes and fell in love with the floor plans, finishes, color schemes, and especially the expansive windows that are hard to find these days. When I purchased my lot / home I had another Perry Homes associate that represented the seller. Had a number of issues with her knowledge and expertise. She left and Aimee became the representative. She was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, always responsive. I highly recommend working with Aimee and after living in my previous home for 45 years, I'm loving my Perry Home.
