Wouldn’t recommend. Broken pipes to dead rats to not telling renters needed information before signing the lease. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff is extremely rude
I lived here for almost 7 years and since the new management took over, I have been waiting for 2 weeks to have my dishwasher fixed. This is the beginning of the third week. I was told on Friday it would be fixed by the end of the day. Plus I have a big brown spot on bathroom ceiling where something has leaked from the apartment above me. SO SAD!
MOLD.MICE.BATS......need I say more. Leasing office is useless, with exception to one person and new management is even worse. They have done nothing about the uninhabitable conditions at this place and when I asked to leave early because of it, they still wanted to pay penalties. I have paid out of pocket to try and resolve these issues myself but my kids safety comes first so we are leaving the bat cave!!! Numerous complaints to the county and still nothing. Management is unflexable and could care less about the renters. Apartments are outdated and power goes out all the time. Highly disappointed with them.
Recommendedmaintenance is great and always on time ! The staff is awesome
Won’t even fix our fridge it’s not cold enough and we have a baby that needs to drink milk and the milk is getting spoiled because the fridge isn’t cold enough we have it on the highest setting and it’s still not pushing cold air out the maintenance man came and was rude to my fiancé saying there’s nothing he can do about it .. not cool
Very shady and unprofessional. I was moved into an apartment without viewing it...not by choice. Unclean when I first moved in-- found dirty q-tips in my bathroom on day 1. I have a water stain from a leak in my bathroom from MONTHS ago. The office staff is as nice as you'd expect from cheap living like this-- but, all joking aside, simple math confuses them. Which makes me think that the credit I deliberately wanted on my account will go missing at some point. The multitude of complaints I've made have STILL gone unanswered... read more
