Great people to deal with.
I would leave 0 if I could. This has been an absolute nightmare move in and I am left without a place to live. Perry Guest Co purchased my complex and made the switch on the day of my move in. My lease was signed with the previous company. I was not notified of this at all and was called 2 days after my slated move in. We agreed for that Friday to move in. Perry Guest Maintenance Team has truly exceeded expectations since taking over management at my apartment complex. Despite some negative reviews, I can confidently say that my personal experience with them has been nothing short of excellent. Heather Tincher is an amazing apartment manager! She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to address any concerns. Her friendly and understanding nature makes every interaction a pleasure. She’s quick to assist and has made living at 1925 Moser a fantastic experience. Truly the best!
