I’ve been with this Pm company for my apartment property as a resident for a little over year now and counting. The place they bought is not the nicest I’m going to be honest. BUT for this it is just about them and I think the people are always kind and efficient. So I really appreciate them!! I would leave 0 if I could. This has been an absolute nightmare move in and I am left without a place to live. Perry Guest Co purchased my complex and made the switch on the day of my move in. My lease was signed with the previous company. I was not notified of this at all and was called 2 days after my slated move in. We agreed for that Friday to move in.
