No notice construction at this property. No notice water shutoff for a week straight as well. They then towed my vehicles with no notice or warning, from a designated parking spot. They currently don't know what towing company took the cars or where they're at. Heather Tincher took zero responsibility. No one will take my calls. Would you live here? Oh and there was a squatter next door. Management had cops come kick the door down in the middle of the night and fired shots 10 ft from where I was sleeping.

The worst property management company I've ever experienced in my life. Their payment system is always down or has errors. They are impossible to get a hold of, communication is not a priority be very wary when you move out as the excessive amount of charges they made versus the security deposit is ridiculous.

I've had a very positive experience with Perry Guest as a property management company. Whenever I've submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly, and the process has always been easy and straightforward. Patti has consistently been kind, responsive, and willing to help whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. I wanted to share my experience with potential tenants, breaking it down into facts and feelings. My experience: - Maintenance has been excellent at our particular property. - Upon move-in, PG provided the wrong apartment address to me and other tenants causing problems with delivery and legal documents. This is likely down to their laziness. The last apartment I lived in tried to do this unilaterally.
