I've had a very positive experience with Perry Guest as a property management company. Whenever I've submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly, and the process has always been easy and straightforward. Patti has consistently been kind, responsive, and willing to help whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. I wanted to share my experience with potential tenants, breaking it down into facts and feelings. My experience: - Maintenance has been excellent at our particular property. - Upon move-in, PG provided the wrong apartment address to me and other tenants causing problems with delivery and legal documents. This is likely down to their laziness. The last apartment I lived in tried to do this unilaterally. Leasing agent pretty much lied to me about removing my pet fee, and that there aren’t any monthly pet rent. Management never responds when reaching out by email. I did everything correct on my end, but when the apartment management changed I was then charged for my pets as the leasing agent didn’t properly fill out the pet addendum. Very unprofessional and doesn’t respond in an adequate timeframe.
Money hungry and gunning to tear up old buildings for the sole purpose of gentrification. Do NOT move to any complex with this management company. You have to borderline harass the staff to get anything done, and then after all that, they'll tear down your home, give you the absolute MINIMUM notice, and deny rent concessions. They simply couldn't care less – they're just there for a check and to screw you.
