Leasing agent pretty much lied to me about removing my pet fee, and that there aren’t any monthly pet rent. Management never responds when reaching out by email. I did everything correct on my end, but when the apartment management changed I was then charged for my pets as the leasing agent didn’t properly fill out the pet addendum. Very unprofessional and doesn’t respond in an adequate timeframe.
Money hungry and gunning to tear up old buildings for the sole purpose of gentrification. Do NOT move to any complex with this management company. You have to borderline harass the staff to get anything done, and then after all that, they'll tear down your home, give you the absolute MINIMUM notice, and deny rent concessions. They simply couldn't care less – they're just there for a check and to screw you.

Perry guest recently gave everyone in the Colony house apartments 60 days to vacate so that they can help further gentrify the neighborhood. They are going to go for Carriage house also. The plan of Grant Guest and every other person there has been to blindside their resident so that they could continue taking as much money as possible up until the very end. RENTERS BEWARE! Perry Guest delivered this letter to all tenants in the Colony House complex that they are not honoring any leases and we all must leave within 60 days. No moving compensation, no month free so we can all afford to move. Just simply kicked out. That said, a lease with any Perry Guest property means that regardless of lease, they make sure they can choose to not honor it at any time.
