Terrible property management ever since they took over for the previous managers I have been having horrible experiences. They are unprofessional and have added on extra fees to rent charges also the maintenance men don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them. Perry Guest is the worst management to do business with avoid any apartment properties they manage they are the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with.
Have had a great experience living at a Perry Guest Co property. Maintenance was present onsite every day constantly making property improvements and ensuring the property had a good appearance. The office staff are quick to reply to inquiries. The leasing agent I met with was very friendly. If I end up moving back to the DFW area, I will definitely consider this company again!
No notice construction at this property. No notice water shutoff for a week straight as well. They then towed my vehicles with no notice or warning, from a designated parking spot. They currently don't know what towing company took the cars or where they're at. Heather Tincher took zero responsibility. No one will take my calls. Would you live here? Oh and there was a squatter next door. Management had cops come kick the door down in the middle of the night and fired shots 10 ft from where I was sleeping.
The worst property management company I've ever experienced in my life. Their payment system is always down or has errors. They are impossible to get a hold of, communication is not a priority be very wary when you move out as the excessive amount of charges they made versus the security deposit is ridiculous.
I've had a very positive experience with Perry Guest as a property management company. Whenever I've submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed promptly, and the process has always been easy and straightforward. Patti has consistently been kind, responsive, and willing to help whenever I've had questions or needed assistance.
