I’ve used their service for 4 years. Every year it’s the same thing, give them all our information, wait for a month, call to see if it’s done. Wait for another week to get an answer. My previous tax preparer had retired. They did my taxes while I sat there, e-filed. Easy. Not Glover & Associates. This year, they had our information for over a month. Had an awful experience with them and I absolutely do not recommend their services. Debbie had my taxes for over 9 months and never returned any of my calls and completely ignored my attempts at contact. Eventually, I had to go down there in person to retrieve my tax information, and they didn't remember my name and had difficulty locating my tax information which shows how completely out of touch they were. I’ve always had a great experience in the 5yrs I’ve been getting my taxes done by them. Always courteous and helpful. When my last accountant retired she sent all her clients to Perry-Glover.
Debbie has been my accountant for 15 years. I can't imagine trusting anyone else. I highly recommended her!
Inexplicable erosion of service. I’ve been a client of Perry-Glover for several years. Debbie is really very personable and knowledgeable. Suddenly they are not returning calls. I just want to make an appointment! I did not receive my 2019 refund and, after numerous calls and e-mails, it seems clear that they don’t care. It’s a troubling change from my experience over previous years when they were so helpful. Hope things turn around.
