I really enjoyed meeting with chinedu ibemadu. Great guy. But the front receptionist torrington location is awesome. She went above and beyond with an issue i had. She was very helpful. I appreciate her so much..i see there's only 1 bad review. That has to be that 1 person you just can't satisfy no matter what you do.lol. the staff was great. I highly recommend apex

I am so happy to have found them. Perry is super understanding & willing to work with patients. Nicole the MA is honestly one of my favorite parts of coming into the office. She has this naturally jovial energy that immediately makes you feel at ease. Between the 2 of them it’s like you’re talking to actual people instead of just being shuffled through another appointment.

Very unprofessional business. Put false diagnosis on insurance claim to “make sure it got approved” (insurance fraud?). Upon starting TMS, I was not given a baseline test for OCD, but for depression instead (something I was not seeking help for, let alone diagnosed with). How are they supposed to know if it worked if they’re not checking the right disorder? Cancelled remaining appointments, and later received a phone call from the owner asking for more information and for me to explain my reasons for stopping treatment. Very... read more

I received TMS treatments at the southbury office. My technician Nicole what's fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating.. Everything went well and I'm happy to say the treatments seem to have helped significantly...
