Terrible brand new car less than 5000 miles can't get fixed until Monday mom is stranded no courtesy car not their problem they say in utter disgust can't believe everything that has happened with these people and it isn't even half the story
I can't say enough good things about Perry Ford's service department, in particular, about Troy, their service manager. A while back our vehicle was involved in a collision with a deer. We had the vehicle towed to a collision repair shop and explained that we thought there were mechanical issues involved too. The collision shop completed the physical repairs, but said that there wasn't any mechanical issues, so we had our vehicle towed to Perry Ford. My dads truck broke down traveling through Perry, so he had it towed to Perry Ford. The tow truck driver for their shop as well as the people at the counter were extremely friendly. Being as he was not from there he left the truck with the service department to diagnose. They called a few days later and told him his engine had seized due to low oil pressure and would be 10k for a new engine. Low and behold I finally had a chance to look at it after he declined the new engine. I changed the oil and the clogged oil filter and ... read more
