Do NOT rent from Perry Enterprises. These people do not work with professionals- they use in house maintenance men regardless if they are qualified. Our ceiling started pouring down water within the first week. Not a plumber in sight- their handymen didn’t install the appliances correctly. Now he is trying to charge us more than double the deposit for the same carpet damage that is likely due to all of the shoddy plumbing jobs.
