Medically, this is a very good place. No complaints medically. Traffic and parking are a nightmare. Traffic isn't too bad for the last quarter mile but the labyrinthine path gets even more confusing. Been there 4 times and still can't find it without GPS.
I wanted to book an appointment for microneedling, but I had to have a consult before. I saw the dermatologist for five minutes and she told me I needed micro needling for my scarring and then ask me if there’s any other concerns I had. I thought about it (since she asked) and showed her this small red spot on my leg. She said it was benign and I could get it lasered if it really bothered me (a cosmetic fix). This place has really gone down hill. Every time I come to an appointment, it is obvious that the staff are overworked and probably being underpaid. The doctor always seems to get behind schedule and I wait way past my appointment time and I am not always able to wait. My interactions with the receptionist staff, a red headed girl (I believe her name is Rily), blonde girl with the nails, and the girl at the back desk (I believe her name is Maddie), have always been great to me throughout the past few months and longer. Dr. Perry is an outstanding dermatologist and he does right by his patients. He is attentive, easy to talk to, answer questions freely, and give great explanations of procedures and test results. I know I am well taken care of when I walk through the doors of his office! I’ve never had a doctor that paid attention to me and was as present as Dr. Perry and I can’t recommend him enough!
Dr Goode listened carefully to my concerns, prescribed a medication that finally worked and then diagnosed and treated some precancerous spots on my face that I didn’t even know were a problem. Would absolutely recommend to my friends.
