I had the most amazing professional experience with Mr Handley at Perry group he is a one-of-a-kind it was a pleasure to work with him and the whole Perry group if Perry gives out an award for the most valuable employee giving their customers the best experience possible it should go to this man thank you and I will see you again
Put wrong parts on my truck , dropped them off never got call back as expected. Every time I have taken my vehicle there for service I had to go back 2 or 3 times . The Big guy that takes your vehicle in for service is lazy and does not return calls . Had to come to Hendrick Chevrolet to have my vehicle service because I don’t trust the service techs at Perry . Sales guy are great but service sucks . Got to Hendrick for a transmission filter change for my 7500 mile service . Hendrick pulled up maintenance and said Perry did ... read more

My husband and I received the red carpet treatment when trading in our jeeps for a new one. Todd Nichols was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We highly recommend Todd and his staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
We bought a truck here. Was supposed to have been completely gone thru and detailed. When we got it, it had still scratches that should of been dealt with. Also was supposed to have done the interior, because it was evening the detailer did not adequately clean the interior. Then the dealer took it back to get the liner put in and returned it with a screw in tire. Was told they would take care of it, I guess taking care of it was taking no fault in the damage to the tire and made up oay for the replacement. Terrible customer... read more
