Came the same day to fix the AC. The repair man not only found the problem immediately he also checked the unit to make sure it was cooling properly (which it wasn't). There was no feeling of any type of pushiness or telling me things needed to be fixed that did not. I really appreciated the honesty, prompt service and a better working unit fixing something I didn't know was broken. I will definitely use this company for future repairs/install new unit.
