I have found Perrone staff and management to be very helpful. When I leased my space I was delighted to be given helpful information. I never had the feeling they were just out to make a buck. Ralph gave me sound advice that wouldn't be of benefit to him but helped me. When I signed a lease last year with another property firm It was frankly a cold transaction. I also ended up tied in a contract that In the end I was not happy. The space was a bad fit. Thanks for doing what you do.
