I called to make an appointment on a Friday morning and spoke to a receptionist and Dr. Perrone personally. I gave my insurance information over the phone twice and was assured someone would let me know before my 3:30 appointment on Monday if there was an issue. Meanwhile he was on the recommended list of providers from my insurance company.
