CONSUMER BEWARE!! LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Took my Kia **** for repairs/recalls and they tried to say that t**** was so many things wrong with it for a total of >$7,000!! Included in the list was 2 things that I just did so I know it was a scam because they didnt even look, they just added it to the list. I had them fix 2 recalls and then took my car somew**** else. Service isn’t being completed correctly and properly. Purchased a works package special that suppose to include a oil change, filter change, tire rotation, brake inspection for wear. I have completed 3 services at this location, in which they failed to do a brake inspection, tire rotation, or air pressure check. They failed to reset the oil life so they establish doubt on wether the oil was changed or not. Vehicle is still requesting service and it’s performance has decided since. Some of the MOST belligerent and rudest people I have ever dealt with! We came in to trade up and there was no Tellurides, OK , no problem but the people could just care less. The Older man Adam ,i am guessing is sales person . Got all angry about other customers leaving as they wanted the same car. I remember promises cause it seemed real expensive!! on a product of 2500$ just for extended warranty should have been 1800$ but said reasons was so high came with extras. They don’t remember it so up to interpretation. Maybe that’s why they have F rating. Yes it should have for this price but when tried to collect wasn’t in computer by Stephanie Finance Manager.
