I called to ask if they were accepting new patients because I just moved to the area and I was treated like a 5 year old. I was talked down to and told that "of course we can accept new patients." (How am I supposed to know that? I don't work in this industry.) Then I asked if they had any recommendations as to another clinic or hospital and I was again talked to like a child and told to "go online and reference yelp." All the staff and docs are wonderful!
My dog kept getting these big cysts around his neck. My vet said it was very rare but she thought his body was rejecting his identity chip.they removed the chip, he was about seven years old and had had the chip since a puppy. He is ten now and no. More cysts. Their office even did the paperwork and I got a refund on the chip and then some. I have four dogs since they opened in the old building down the street from where they are now. I am moving up north but taking him toPerrinville before I go for complete checkup.
First time here yesterday. Super sweet staff. Great customer service. The best animal hospital in Edmunds. Highly recommend.
I've tried out a couple of places around here, and Perrinville is the only vet who has actually treated my big dogs well. Everywhere else just saw 'Akita' and immediately treated them like an aggressive dog despite their great behavior. The staff is always fantastic with our dogs and they do a great job finding time for us when bad things crop up (like when my oldest flipped her stomach in a knot and needed after-ER care). We've even moved farther away since starting with Perrinville, but we still wouldn't dream of switching... read more
I've been taking my fur babies to see them for more than 30yrs. Can't say enough about their patience and kindness and the staff is terrific.
We love Dr. Robinson and all the vets and staff there.
