My kids have been going here a couple years. One is Autistic. They've always been good to them.
For a dental office that can only take free government insurance, they are awfully rude. I needed to cancel my kids’ appointments because they no longer have CHIP for insurance. They had been closed all week for vacation according to their voicemail when I called, leaving me no way to cancel the appointments “48 hours in advance.” So I called again shortly after opening on Monday to cancel and the lady who answered was rather offended by the short notice. We had been patients there for many years.
So far so good, called in for a new patient apt to get my teeth fixed the lady on the phone that does insurances was very professional and caring got me a apt to get work done april 1st will post a review on here about my visit coming up but as of right now a very professional business sounds like they really care and u can't find many dentist that care anymore so I'm glad I found them.
