My kids have been going here a couple years. One is Autistic. They've always been good to them.
For a dental office that can only take free government insurance, they are awfully rude. I needed to cancel my kids’ appointments because they no longer have CHIP for insurance. They had been closed all week for vacation according to their voicemail when I called, leaving me no way to cancel the appointments “48 hours in advance.” So I called again shortly after opening on Monday to cancel and the lady who answered was rather offended by the short notice. We had been patients there for many years.
