Perrin has been our trusted realtor and consult for the past 5 years in the Virginia Beach area. She helped us with both the purchase and eventual sale of our first home. Beware! My husband and I were so excited when we saw a listing for a smaller East Beach property. Since we were out of state, we read the listing and immediately contacted our agent. The property description stated this “beautifully maintained” had “fresh interior/exterior paint (2026)”, ”major system updates already completed including…kitchen appliances” and “electric fireplace”.
