Michelle was our agent four years ago when we bought our vacation home in Running Springs. When we decided to sell two months ago is was obvious to us that we would call her again. The selling process went extremely smoothly including the listing, open houses and finding the right buyers. She helped ironing some final wrinkles and we closed two weeks ago. I worked with Hardesty, she represented me and the owner that was selling the property. The beginning process was going well but I ran into some issues with my loan. She failed to update the owner on my process on fixing the loan. Hardesty then begin undermining my process and relisted the property. Mind you, the owner was motivated to sell to me since I was renting the home for years, but that's not the worst part.
