While Dr. Perri seemed antsy and over caffeinated, the real issue is that he had all of the answers for the one problem I told his staff when I made the appointment. I gave him a simple "scalp is itchy" answer over the phone and that is all that he handled. I did not get any answers to the giant bald spot that I showed him or cyst on my forehead. I have been using Dr. Perri for about ten years. I have always found him and his staff to be professional and easy to talk to. They listen to what concerns I have and answer my questions. The best thing about the office is the wait times. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time, and that was only one time. Usually I am seen prior to my appointment time.
Dr Perri is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend him

This has been my dermatologist for the past nine years. I would never consider another doctor as long as this place is open. The staff is courteous and professional.

Dr. Perri is personable but both times I have been to him he was very rushed and was definitely not in the mood for questions. The front desk was not pleasant or helpful with check in and was put out when they had to verify my information. The office manger was very unprofessional and would interrupt over my conversation and would not even check my file to verify the information the office was requesting had indeed already been filled out by me. Save yourself the headache and find a dermatology group that actually cares.
