Me and my son applied for an apartment with three months of anticipation to the moving date. At the time we applied no one was in the waiting list but by the time they decided to process our application they came up with the news that we were going to be #6 in the waiting list because they never told us we needed to pay a holding deposit fee and it was pending. We cancel the application because they are not good in communicating the steps to follow for the application.
Do not respond to complaints at all!
Perrel Management is horrible. They don’t answer their phones but have a customer service email. They send you read receipts to respond the have read your email but never actually respond to your email. The offices never know when something will get fixed, just whenever they have time. But yet one of their maintenance girls just sit on the stairs in my building doing nothing some days. Overall, they suck! You get what you pay for 🤷♀️
