Dr. Pinto was very good in explaining what spinal issues I was having and not pushing to jump into surgery without trying other options first. Friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time there and meeting Dr. Pinto but felt good about my appointment with him.
Dr Pinto did a 3 level fusion on my back 22 years ago. I've been up and moving ever since.

I would highly recommend TCSC. I had my fusion surgery about 3 and a half years ago. My back no longer had an ounce of pain. Then 2 weeks ago something slipped in my back And I went from walking to not walking. Very scary. Dr Terry P was fast and decisive. I had a Ct scan on Thursday and was in Surgery on Saturday. I had an emergency laminectomy and discectomy. I’m so thankful it worked. I would highly recommend Dr Manuel Pinto and Dr Terry Panvica. Thank you for acting so fast.

I’d recommend anyone needing surgery on their spine to pay a visit to Dr. Schwender at twin city spine center. Dr Schwender was very thorough in explaining To me the process he recommended for me in which was much more thorough than the First surgeon I met with. My nerve pain was gone when I left the hospital
