This is the absolute worst app ever. They don’t have live people that can resolve issues with. You have to make a ticket that never gets responded to. They create you a new ticket on their own, you respond and have to wait 48-72 hrs for a response. It’s so ghetto. I definitely deleted my account. You pay for convenience but have a headache dealing with a company that’s GREATLY disorganized! Nobody needs that emotional distress. They need to be sued honestly!
My credit score went up 56 points in 2 months and 19 days, with one small purchase. I’ll be doing more business here!!
Trying to get any assistance is impossible with returns or anything takes 2 days for anyone to respond to emails and no matter how many emails are sent they take their sweet time
I’ve been having issues logging into my account to change my account information it’s been a month now and it’s still not resolved a company so big you would think they could resolve my issue by now this place is full of rats you have random people from the streets walking in through the gate do not come here at all
