The worst HOA management company, please stay away from any property they manage. Rude, unprofessional and discriminatory practices. They refuse to fix maintenance requests, have increased HOA fees over 3 time in a two year period, and will not answer emails and threaten you with legal fees if you ask questions concerning fees due. If I could give this company negative stars I would.
Very disappointed in this company.they got cited doing structural work without permits. Now all owners/tenants are writing statement for code enforcement. Work has come to a stand still till Pernicano figures outhow to do their job.. . And maybe they still won't. . .
This company does not even deserve one star. Since they have taken over as our HOA management company there has been nothing but problems. They have no communication and hire the cheapest companies to fix things poorly! I do not recommend this company at all and the staff is super rude!
I wish I could put a negative star. They don’t care and don’t do their job. My garage has been flooding as well as the common area since before xmas, it’s Jan 8. Run
