Ben from the APAC TechnicalServices Team is fantastic. I recently had an experience with the smartdrive android app whereby i could not remote control the smartdrive. Ben is an expert, very patient, and professional. Ben fixed my issue over the phone and via emails and then checked up to ensure all still ok. Outstanding service, and I would highly recommend the permobil products on offer. While the products are not perfect, the team does everything they can to assist and provide reasonable workarounds when necessary.
