Very unprofessional real estate firm. Charles Barnett is the listing agent on a property and I've called and left messages many times and my calls were never returned. You should not be in real estate if you're going to be unresponsive.
I see another comment about Charles Bennett. He has also gave me a ton of issues as well. The first call I had with him he yelled at me as well because I verbally presented an offer he was not happy with. I continue to make offers on his listings and he refuses to present them. I really don't understand what his problem is. I came to him in a friendly manner but he continues to be nasty and mean.
Charles Barnett is an extremely rude individual, being in the real estate industry you should not yell at perspective clients that want to buy a home. Truly childish behavior, will avoid like the plague.
