Aside from the work that was done, the experience was horrible. Receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. We tried reaching out cause the office would charge us claiming to have filed with our insurance, that was the first lie. Never answered or returned our calls, all just for the Dr to shut the window on our face. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Cervantes and Dr. Morgan are an amazing duo. Cervantes performed my surgery and informed my Wife and Mom through the process. All the nurses are definitely informed and great support

Got an ingrown nail removal (which the needle they put before hand bruised me for weeks). But anyway, I went in for what I thought was a follow-up appointment 2 weeks later and was charged again. If I had known the follow up appointment would be a separate charge, I wouldn’t have shown up.

I absolutely loved Dr. Cervantes! She is super sweet, caring, and genuinely listened to me when I told her about my terrible experience with a previous procedure. She made this experience ten times better. I didn’t feel a single thing during my ingrown toenail removal. It was quick, very affordable, and a complete relief. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!
